1, Offer one year warranty. Will send spare parts to fix for free if the products got faulty during warranty period.
2, Will offer one more AD board for spare part for order quantity get to 30pcs.
3, Will offer 1% spare parts for order quantity get to 100pcs. Spare parts including AD board, PSU, all cables and accessories except LCD screen and housing.
4, Accept OEM and ODM order, can silk print customer's logo on the product, can add customer's opening up logo.
5, Can send engineer to help installation if customer request, but customer pay for flight ticket and accomodation.
Our payment term is TT(30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment), and westen union.
